<p>PURPOSE:To surely release the contact state of a magnetic tape with a drum at the time of fast forwarding and fast rewinding by providing a loading means, which loads a tape at the prescribed angle on a rotating drum having a magnetic head at the time of recording and reproducing, and releases the loading state at the time of fast forwarding and fast rewinding the magnetic tape, and a moving means relatively shifting a cassette and drum. CONSTITUTION:Receiving a fast forwarding or fast rewinding command, instantaneously only two loading posts 9b and 9c move to the opening part 1a of the cassette 1 inwardly, and return to positions before moving. However other two loading posts 9a and 9d will not return to their original positions and the magnetic tape T remains pulled out slightly above the opening part 1a of the cassette 1. Slightly after the shift of the loading posts 9b and 9c, a motor 6 rotates counterclockwise to return a cassette holder 2 to its original position. Thus the magnetic tape T can be completely separated from the rotating drum 8, and in this state the tape T is fast forwarded and rewound.</p> |
