A wash and massage device operated by muscle power and intended for the human body, in which a device frame (3) is arranged on a support column (1) so as to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the support column (1), wash and/or massage devices being insertable in the device frame (3) in such a way that the user leaning against the opening in the device frame (3) comes into contact with these devices. On the device frame there are laterally insertable handles with which the user can move the frame in its degrees of freedom relative to the support column (1).
