Method and appliance for the processing of textile materials

The invention relates to a method for the processing of textile materials, the materials being subjected to heat treatment. Heat treatment is followed first by cutting out and then by sewing. Textile materials, after being cut out, can curl up in the region of the cut edges. This effect makes the subsequent sewing work difficult. To allow a simple and rapid further processing of the cut-out textile material, it is proposed to refrigerate the textile materials before heat treatment.
