An arrangement for making electrical contact with tracks of electrical toy and model railways, having rail connectors which are arranged in end recesses of the track bed and are pushed onto the rail base flanges, and having leaf-spring connecting terminals with raised retaining lugs which grip the rail connectors in a clamping manner, especially the longer contact tongues, which engage under the track bed to the opposing rail, of the one leaf-spring connecting terminal having a bend which ensures contact-free lateral fitting of the other leaf-spring connecting terminal.
