<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the risk at a time when hot water feed is restarted and to enable saving of energy, by a method wherein, after hot water feed is stopped, a driving device is driven, and a hot water side flow passage is shut off before the driving device is brought to a stop. CONSTITUTION:Since the flow stops when a hot water faucet is closed, a flow rate switch 59 is brought to an OFF state. By means of the OFF signal of the flow rate switch 59, a deviation signal is outputted from a signal generating circuit 62 during a time which is set by a timing circuit 61. By means of the deviation signal, a given deviation is added to deviation between the set value of a temperature setter 57 and the signal of a temperature detector 55. Mixing valve bodies 44 and 45 are driven by a motor 53 so that a hot water side flow passage 43 is closed. The set time of the timing circuit 61 is set to longer than a time which is necessary to close the hot water side flow passage 43 by means of the motor 53. After the set time of the timing circuit 61 has elapsed, a signal, by means of which the flow rate switch 59 is turned OFF, is transmitted by delay, and energization to the motor 53 is disconnected and the motor is brought to a stop. Although hot water around a thermister 55 is decreased in temperature by natural heat radiation, the motor 53 is kept in an inoperative state.</p> |
