PURPOSE:To improve an ignition of gasified and mixed gas and prevent a discharging of gasified non-combustion gas and a producing offensive odor when the ignition is performed by a method wherein a heater is inserted into a mixing chamber in a combustion cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A heater 1 is energized and a gasification cylinder 2 is heated in advance and at the same time an energized ceramic heater 21 shows a low heat capacity, a fast raised temperature, red heat to disperse a radiation heat. It heats a straighner cylinder 7 and a combustion cylinder 9, resulting in showing a fast increasing in temperature. When the gasification cylinder 2 reaches up to the desired temperature, an energization of the ceramic heater 21 is terminated to show a rapid decreasing in temperature and at the same time the combustion fan 4 is energized, then an oil feeding pump 3 is driven, the liquid fuel becomes a gasified gas by a heated gasification cylinder 2, is mixed with the combustion air, flows into a mixing chamber 15, passes through the pre-heated straighner cylinder 7 and the combustion cylinder 9, discharges into a discharging space 10, ignited by an igniter and performs a combustion at the surface of the combustion cylinder 9. The mixture gas keeps a fast combustion speed and reliquidizing of gasified gas does not occur, so that a concentration is not made lean and a superior ignition is performed. |
