PURPOSE:To enable to send air, having a pressure effectively, into the operating unit of an energy converting prime mover by a method wherein only waves, advancing to the outside of the device, are transferred and the leakage of the air, pressurized and transferred, to the outside of a cavity is precluded. CONSTITUTION:A seal plate 29, attached to the lower part of a shutting body 21 at the side of the advancing direction of the waves, is bent by the push-up force of the waves W and the self weight of the shutting body 21 to seal the cavity 1 against the external part thereof during passing the wave through the whole width thereof in accordance immediately with the movement of the waves. The waves W progress to the outside without any trouble, the function of the wave diving gate may be developed without affecting to the main body remarkably, the shutting body 21 descends gradually in accordance with the passing of the waves and the seal condition may be maintained at all time, therefore, the air may be sent into the operating unit of the energy converting prime mover effectively. |
