PURPOSE:To provide a system which performs laser cutting of the three-dimensional work by scanning the work in the remaining one axis direction on the basis of the data for a two-dimensional NC profile and making the fresh three- dimensional NC data with respect to the three-dimensional work. CONSTITUTION:This system is constituted of a three-dimensional working machine 12 having a sub head 22 of a tracer 64, a nozzle 56 for irradiating a laser beam, a high frequency spindle 63, etc. and a computer 11 provided with a CNC function and a CTC function. The tracer 65 is driven in accordance with the two-dimensional NC profile and the data in a Z-axis direction is fetched to make a three-dimensional NC tape. Said data is played back and the scanned line is exactly laser-cut. The work of a pressed metal or the like having a three-dimensional shape is thus subjected to working with high accuracy. When an NC program for the three-dimensional profile is formed in accordance with the work, the immediate working of the work is made possible without moving the work and therefore, the working with extremely high efficiency and accuracy is made possible. |
