PURPOSE:To prevent the timer property from being scattered, by a method wherein timing weights are maintained in a balanced pose in a low rotating speed range, and are shifted in a balanced manner. CONSTITUTION:The wide-opening displacements of the timing weights 15a, 15b to which the rotation of a driving flange 1 is transmitted are transmitted to large eccentric cams 10a, 10b through eccentric pins 14a, 14b, and are transmitted to small eccentric cames 12a, 12b rotatably supported in an eccentric manner by the cams 10a, 10b, the rotations of the small eccentric cams 12a, 12b are transmitted to a timer hub 2 connected to a driving shaft 3 of a fuel injection pump, and the flange 1 and the hub 2 are angularly displaced relatively to each other in accordance with the rotating speed. In said controller, a plate 20 capable of rotating relatively to the timer hub 2 is fitted to the hub 2, is provided with guide grooves 22a, 22b at symmetric positions with respect to the center of rotation, and pins 23a, 23b connected to the timing weights 15a, 15b are slidably fitted respectively into the guide grooves 22a, 22b. |
