PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform highly accurate gas analysis, by maintaining the temperature of collected gas in a specified temperature range before the analysis, providing a means which vaporizes a drain component in the gas, and removing the drain component and unsaturated hydrocarbon in the gas by a simple device. CONSTITUTION:A heating means 7 is controlled by a temperature controller TIC 13. The controlled temperature is determined by the component and concentration of unsaturated hydrocarbon in a gas. Since the polymerized hydrocarbon is attached to a coil 7 made of Nichrome wire, the coil 7 is taken out of a U shaped pipe 6 and can be periodically cleaned. The purified gas is sent to an analysis meter 9 through a pipe 8, which is communicated to the U shaped pipe 6. The pipe 8 is surrounded by a tape heater so as to prevent congealing of the vaporized drain component and the like in the gas. The tape heater can be powered by the same power source for a tape heater 5 around a pipe 2. In order to adjust the heating temperature of the tape heater 5, it is controlled by a temperature controller TIC 12. The temperature controller TIC 12 receives a signal from the analysis meter 9 and controls the heating temperature of the tape heater 5 in accordance with the result of the gas analysis. |
