摘要 Soluble coffee solids are processed to have a unique microporosity such that 3 to 30 microliters of the pore space per gram of solids are comprised of pores having a radius of 150 66 or less. The microporous soluble coffee solids act as an excellent sorbent for roasted and ground coffee aromas and, when admixed in small quantity with conventional soluble coffees, enhance the product with in-jar aroma.
