PURPOSE:To divide one laminated piezoelectric displacement element into a plurality of sections to drive them and make hysteresis between voltage and displacement small by adequately applying a voltage to the common electrodes for each divided application electrode group unit. CONSTITUTION:A laminated piezoelectric displacement element 11 is formed by alternately stacking a piezoelectric ceramic 12 and an internal electrode 13 and then baking them. The internal electrodes 13 are mutually connected to external common electrode 14 in every other electrode. The internal electrodes 13 not connected to the external common electrode 14 are divided into four groups and connected respectively to the external application electrodes 15a-15d on the right side. The minus (-) terminal as the first electrode of the DC power supply 19 is connected to the external common electrode 14. Meanwhile, the plus (+) terminal as the second electrode is connected to the external application electrodes 15a-15d through a voltage control volume 20 and switches 21-23. |
