PURPOSE:To obtain a coated sheet useful for artificial leather, etc., without causing interference color spots by a method in which polyurethane solution is coated several times on the surface of a sheet material in such a way as to cause cobwebbing of a specific length when the sheet material departs from the surface of the roll. CONSTITUTION:Polyurethane solution 1 is coated several times on the surface of a sheet material 5 (e.g., nylon nonwoven cloth, etc.). In this case, the viscosity of the polyurethane solution and the mesh diameter of the stamps and the rotation speed of the gravure roll 2 are adjusted in such a way as to cause cobwebbing of polyurethane solution of a length of 0.5-5.0cm between the sheet material 5 and the gravure roll 2 when the sheet 5 passes between the roll 2 and a back roll 4 and separates from the surface of the roll 2 after coating of the polyurethane solution. An objective polyurethane-coated sheets can thus be obtained. |
