An adjuster is comprised of a number of lifters (3-5) insertable between a pallet (1,2) and the ground. Each lifter has an actuator and a hand grip, the latter pivoting the actuator between two positions. - The first position is stable, and involves a short distance between the pallet and the ground. The second position is also stable, but the clearance between pallet and ground is relative large. |
