PURPOSE:To obtain a correct shape of a bent part, by bending the part of a reinforcing steel placed on a stand projecting to the side of the stand by a spatulate body, and preventing the reinforcing steel from restoring the original shape due to elasticity by giving vibration. CONSTITUTION:A stand 10 consists of a bar stretching horizontally and having a U-shaped sectional form. A bar 12 having T-shaped sectional form is so attached at the inside of the U-shaped part that the tip 16 is projected from the side of the stand 10. A reinforcing steel 38 is placed on the stand 10 and the reinforcing steel 38 is pressed on the stand 10 by lowering a pressing body 18. A round bar 30 having a spatulate body 28 projected on outer periphery is attached rotatably through arms 32a, 32b. When the spatulate body 28 is lowered, the reinforcing steel 38 is bent. At this time, as the tip of the spatulate body 28 rotates around rotation axes 34a, 34b, the body rubs the surface of the reinforcing steel 38 and bends the steel while applying tensile force to it. Consequently, the reinforcing steel 38 assumes a shape that correctly conforms to the die. Further, the arm 32 is slightly reciprocated by a vibrating device to prevent spring back. |
