PURPOSE:To readily discover a focal position by superposing as a guide light a visible laser light on an infrared laser light and expanding the diameter of the beam of the visible laser light. CONSTITUTION:A visible laser light which is emitted from a visible laser oscillator 1 is expanded in the diameter of a beam by a beam enlarging unit 2, introduced from an infrared light full-reflection mirror 7 into an infrared laser oscillator 5, and emitted from an infrared part reflection mirror 8 coaxially together with the infared laser light. The emitted infrared laser light and the visible laser light are condensed via a condensing lens 6, and focused on an object to be emitted. In this manner, the diameter of the beam of the visible laser light is expanded to be substantially equivalent to the diameter of the beam of the infrared laser light, and both laser lights are superposed. Accordingly, an effective guide can be obtained. |
