PURPOSE:To attain the highly effective use of memories by using a memory which stores the information at every processor and a memory which stores the information at every address of a transfer program to secure a hierarchical structure. CONSTITUTION:A program supply part 40 contains a load control part 400, a processor-based memory 401 and an address-based memory 402. The memory 401 stores the processor selecting signal and the identification signal for programs to be sent to the selected processor. While the memory 402 stores the address data at every program and the program contents. In a transfer mode the selecting signal is read out of the memory 401 by an address sent from the part 400 and a transfer processor is designated. At the same time, the identification signal is read out of the memory 401 and the memory 402 is address. Then the address data is read out together with the program contents. Thus the program contents are written to the program memory of the designated processor.
