PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect 2 kinds of position of a rotor shaft by connecting a pulse encoder and a variable resistor to the rotor shaft through a decelerator. CONSTITUTION:The slit disk 20 of an encoder is integrally fixed to the rotor shaft 18 of a servomotor 17 through a boss 21 and reduction gears 41,43, 44 are also fixed thereto. To these reduction gears, a rotary arm 34 to which the slide brush 33 of a slide rheostat is integrally fixed is interconnected. R pieces of slit are provided on the slit disk 20, and R pieces of fine pulse are obtained every time the rotor shaft 18 makes a turn, and further from the resistor 31 of the slide rheostat having the reduction ratio of (n), stroke signals of the rotary shaft up to that moment can be obtained. By this structure, 2 kinds of position signal can be easily obtained, therefore, the installation of the motor in an articulated type robot, etc. becomes easier. |
