PURPOSE:To reduce the load of office work, by using different processing procedures to production of sentences of different fields and securing automatic setting of formats, standard sentences, etc. in response to each sentence scene within a field after said field is once designated. CONSTITUTION:When a field A is disignated with a field designating key on a keyboard 1, the subsequent input informations are all sent to a processing part 3A. A processing pointer of a control part 31 indicates processing (1), and the processing (1) is carried out at a processing part 32A. The part 32A transmits a signal to a format table 33A and selects a format pattern in accordance with the output order of the table 33A. This format pattern is displayed at a display part 6 via an output editing processing part 5. An operator looks at the displayed format and operates the next candidate key when necessary to select a format. With a push of the next candidate key, the signal is received at the part 32A. Then a format pattern of the next output order is selected out of the table 33A and displayed. |
