PURPOSE:To prevent inexpensively and simply the titlde burning by coating a cold rolled steel sheet having no insulating film with blanking oil blended with a fine inorg. compound, blanking the coated sheet, and laminating and annealing it. CONSTITUTION:In order to prevent burning during the stress relieving annealing of an iron core plate obtd. by laminating cold rolled electrical steel sheets each having no insulating film, a cold rolled steel sheet having no insulating film is coated with blanking oil blended with 2-30wt% inorg. compound having 0.01- 1mum grain size by 5-200mg/m<2> on the dry basis, and the coated sheet is blanked to a prescribed shape, laminated, and annealed. |
