<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a display/input device, by dividing the device into a part where only a display is performed for screen guidance, processing result, communication messages, etc. and a display/input part that has both functions for display of screen guidance and touch input. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply of a display/input device is switched on, a display/input controller 8 reads out the operation guidance stored in a display/ input information storage part 9. Then the guidance is displayed on a display 1 under the control of a controller 5. An operator pushes a key of the display/ input device when a desired screen is displayed. This information is transmitted to the controller 8 via a touch sensor controller 7 and analyzed there. As a result, the touch input screen information of the part 9 is displayed on a display 2. Then the operator has a touch input on the screen of the display 2 by means of a finger or a touch pen.</p> |
