PURPOSE:To cover the bobbin material with a film through elimination of bubbles by providing corresponding number of protrusions on a coil substrate on the occasion of fitting a plurality of bobbin materials to the coil substrate, inserting holes of bobbin materials thereto, covering the entire part with cover film, heating them while keeping the area between oil substrate and film at the vacuum condition and by fusing a film. CONSTITUTION:Protrusions 2 for inserting base material 5 are formed in such a number as corresponding to the number of base materials 5 at the surface of coil substrate 1 consisting of iron plate for fitting buttion material 5. A plurality of holes are bored on the coil substrate 1 while located between the protrusions 2 and these are connected to a vacuum pump through a pipe 3. With such structure, the protrusion 2 is inserted into the hole bored on the bobbin material 5, the entire part is covered with a cover film 4, the inside is exhausted by a vacuum pump, thereby attracting a film 4. Simultaneously, the entire part is heated by a heater 9, the film 4 is deformed and fused and thereby the bobbin material 5 is covered as an entirety without generation of bubbles. |
