PURPOSE:To provide an electrophotographic receptor improved in photographic characteristics, by using a specified org. photoconductor. CONSTITUTION:The purpose is achieved by using an org. photoconductor represented by general formula (1) in which A is an aromatic coupler component, and A is preferably selected from a coupler component represented by general formulae (2)-(4). In general formula (2), X is a residue for combining with a benzene ring and forming an aromatic hydrocarbon ring, such as naphthalene or anthracene ring, and a heterocyclic ring, and Y is -CONR1R2 or -CONHNR3R4, and R1-R4 each may be substd. by alkyl, halogen, alkoxy, acryl, alkylthio, or the like. |
