The dispenser consists of a bottle-shaped container (21), in the flattened rear wall of which there is an undercut slide guide for receiving a matching holder (20), the two grooves (27, 28) of the slide guide extending parallel to each other and being closed at the top end. This container (21) can be attached with the aid of the holder (20) to any wall or the like so that variable possibilities of use are provided. The container (21) serves both as a receiving container and as a disposable dispenser for the product for disinfecting the hands and, when the product has been used up, is replaced by a new full container (21).
