PURPOSE:To improve accuracy, sensitivity, response property, particularly, follow-up capability while completely preventing a hunting-overshoot by correcting deviation by a speed component and intermittently driving the motor. CONSTITUTION:A correcting signal I' corresponding to the speed of a control- position Y is added in correcting deviation ZF just before the controller enters a dead band E1 on forward revolution, the correcting deviation ZF reaches the dead and E1 at a preceding point from a predicted point reaching the dead band E1 only by the value of control deviation Z, and a power supply for the motor M is interrupted once. The control position Y continues displacement while decelerating by an inertial motion, and the correcting signal I' also reduces suddenly. When the absolute value of the control deviation Z enters in an inching band E2, an AND gate 18 is opened after that time, an inching pulse g1 is inputted to an AND gate 21, and the controller enters an inching-operation region in which the motor M is driven intermittently. |
