PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy transaction through the selected voice guidance, by selecting either a simple voice guidance or a detailed voice guidance by an operation of a guide selecting part. CONSTITUTION:A guidance selection button 10 which switches types of voice guidances, i.e., either a detailed guidance or a simple guidance is provided at the center of a transaction processor 1 together with a speaker 13 set at the right side of the device 1 to deliver an voice output from voice output device. A customer looks at a desired type of guidance displayed on a CRT2 and a display indicating the selection of transactions and then selects a detailed guidance or a simple guidance to designate a transaction. While an inexperienced customer push the button 10 to request a detailed guidance, then pushes a function button 4 to start a transaction. |
