PURPOSE:To prevent surely malfunction at power supply interruption and restoration, by using CMOS.IC different in the range of malfunction for the control of a TTL.IC gate circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output of a buffer 12 comprising a CMOS.IC is given as a gate control signal of an NAND circuit 11 comprising the TTL.IC, and an L level input is given to the buffer 12 and a signal is given to the circuit 11, respectively. The range of malfunction alpha of an output A of the buffer 12 to a power supply voltage Vcc exists at a voltage lower than that of the range of malfunction beta of an output B of the circuit 11. When the buffer 12 malfunctions at the application of the power supply, the circuit 11 is brought into inoperative state and no malfunction takes place. The gate is closed before the voltage is dropped into the range of malfunction of the buffer 12 at the power supply interruption, and mis-output is prevented. |
