PURPOSE:To obtain a mirror angle controller of simple structure for a laser which is adjusted easily by providing one annular spring which holds a mirror holder in a tractive state coaxially with the mirror. CONSTITUTION:A tension spring 11 is an annular spring body and fitted between the mirror holder 2 and a base 8 nearly coaxially with the mirror 1 to tow the mirror holder 2 through a fulcrum rod 3 and screw rods 4 as shown by an arrow 7 by the restitutive force of the tension spring 11. Further, the mirror 1 and tension spring 11 are installed at the position of the center of gravity of the right-angled triangle formed of two screw rods 4 and fulcrum rod 3. Consequently, the restitutive force of the tension spring 1 is dispersed uniformly as shown by the arrow 7 to energize the fulcrum rod 4 and screw rods 4, and the angle of the mirror 1 is adjusted most smoothly. |
