<p>PURPOSE:To attain the constitution of a desired optional filter, by constituting the filter so that a condition where a differentiation of a frequency of the transmitting characteristics is zero is provided additionally, in a transversal low pass filter. CONSTITUTION:When a sampling NTSC signal where a repetitive frequency 3fsc is inputted to an input terminal 6, the signal is inputted to four one-sample delay circuits 7-10 in cascade connection. A sampling value output (a) corresponding to an output signal of a delay circuit 8 is obtained as an output of an adder 16 from adders 11, 12, 14, 16, a polarity inversion circuit 13, and a 1/9 coefficient circuit 15. An interpolated value (b) being intermediate to the output signal of the delay circuits 7, 8 as the output of the coefficient circuit 22 with adders 17, 18, 21, a polarity inversion circuit 19 and the coefficient circuits 20, 22. A signal of 6fsc eliminated with a holded component is obtained at an output terminal 24 by switching both signals (a), (b) at a switching circuit 23 at each 6fsc clock.</p> |
