PURPOSE:To fit surely a voice coil to an accurate position, by forming sequentially a ring coil inserted to each projecting line of a diaphragm with a coil winding tool and adhering and fixing the conductor wires of the ring coil so as to insert the ring coil to each projecting line for adhering and fixing. CONSTITUTION:A coil winding tool 5 is constituted with a support arm 6, a rotating body fitted freely turnably to the arm 6 and having a rotating plate 7 at the tip, and a pair of coil winding levers 9 spaced with the lengthwise size of the projecting line 2 of the diaphragm 1 to the rotating plate 7. The voice coil 21 having plural continuous ring coils 21 is formed to the winding lever 9 by using the voice coil bobbin 10 of the tool 5, a conductor wire guide 12 and a nozzle 13 and adhered and fixed with the adhesives from the nozzle 13. Each coil 21 is inserted to the dip of the projecting line 2 formed on the diaphragm 1 and adhered and fixed with the adhesives. Then, the shift of the coil 20 in the projecting direction of each projecting line 2 is prevented and the coil 20 is fitted surely to the accurate position. |
