PURPOSE:To wind accurately a coil on a projected stripe, by turning circulatingly a tip of a guide cylinder from the base to the tip in spiral along the circumference of the projected line for coil winding of a diaphragm and performing the operation of the guide cylinder sequentially from the adjacent projecting line so as to wind and fix the conductor line led out from the guide cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The plural projecting lines 2 for voice coil winding are provided in parallel to the diaphragm 1 of the flat speaker, and plural pyramid small projecting lines 2a are formed on the top. A winding tool of a voice coil 10 to each projecting line 2 is provided with a guide cylinder 5 guiding the delivery of a conductor wire 7 and a nozzle 8 jetting the adhesives. The tip 5c of the guide cylinder 5 is turned in spiral from the base 2b to the small projection 2a at the tip along the circumference 4 of the projecting 2. The conductor wire 7 is fed via a through-hole 3 from the projecting line 2 closest to the guide cylinder 5 in winding the coil 10, the operation of the guide cylinder 5 is performed sequentially from each projecting line 2 adjacent, the coil 10 with the conductor wire 7 led out is adhered and fixed with the adhesives from the nozzle 8 to wind accurately the coil 10. |
