<p>A wet precipitator, with inlet spiral and rotation chamber, hopper-shaped water vessel and central suction extract of clean water, is arranged with an acceleration chamber next to the rotation chamber, and a nozzle array in the acceleration chamber; the nozzles spray in the rotational direction of the water-dust-mixt. with criss-cross jets to achieve uniform distribution; the acceleration chambe is also connected to a twist chamber with a central "core" fixed by radial guide blades. This twist chamber leads into a separator room with clean gas discharge and a still settling annulus for sludge surrounding the separator room.</p> |
