PURPOSE:To completely prevent the adherence of bentonite powder, CMC, and dispersant to the inner wall of an inlet tube by a method in which an aqueous solution supplied into an annular chamber is jetted downwards from an outlets provided in all inner surface of the inlet tube. CONSTITUTION:By screw feeders 17 and 28, bentonite, CMC, and a dispersant are respectively supplied quatitatively into the inlet tube 19 of a mixer 18. The aqueous solution supplied under pressures into an annular chamber 58 is jetted downwards from discharge port 59 provided in all inner surface of the inlet tube 19. Whereupon, the aqueous solution enters the mixer 18 along the inner wall of the inlet tube 19 to completely prevent the adherence of bentonite powder, CMC, and dispersant to the inner wall of the inlet tube 19. The aqueous solution and these powders coming into the mixer 18 are sent by the screw 60 in a distance (l1) and dispersed and dissolved in a distance (l2) to a mud water, and the mud water is quickly and continuously discharged from the outlet tube 62. |
