PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual rubbing of slitted films or the like, by using cutters to slit a film or the like, thereafter separating the slitted portions from each other so that their cut-off edges do not come into contact with each other, and alternately winding the slitted portions around winding shafts. CONSTITUTION:After a film 6 has passed a guide roller 5, the film is slitted by a lower cutter 3 and an upper cutter 4. The slitted films 6', 6'' are separated from each other so that their adjacent cut-off edges do not come into contact with each other. The slitted films 6', 6'' are then alternately wound around winding shafts 1, 8 along a guide roller 7. The film 6' is moved along a surface roller 2 and then wound. According to this constitution, the slitted films 6', 6'' do not rub each other, so that their side edges are prevented from whitening, fluffing, breaking, etc. |
