PURPOSE:To increase coat strength and improve optical output characteristics by specifying the ratio of alumina that occupies the total volume of metal borate and alumina in the second coated layer formed on the first coated layer that is comprised with luminous and nonluminous members on the inner surface of a bulb. CONSTITUTION:The second coated layer is comprised with a luminous member on the first coated layer that is comprised with luminous and nonluminous members on the inner surface of a bulb made of soda glass. This second coated layer contains europium activated yttrium oxide phosphor and europium activated yttrium vandate phosphate phosphor that emit light in a red region, terbium activated lanthanum cerium phosphate phosphor that emits light in a green region, europium activated polyphosphoric acid strontium phosphor and eurpium activated chlorophosphate strontium phosphor that emit light in Nile blue to blue regions, metal borate, and alumina. In addition, the ratio of alumina occupying the total volume of metal borate and alumina is set to 30-65wt%. |
