CONSTITUTION:The titled composition containing a mono N-long-chain acryl basic amino acid lower alkyl ester salt and a mono N-long-chain acyl basic amino acid salt as active ingredients. The amount of the mono N-long-chain acyl basic amino acid lower alkyl ester salt blended is 0.1-10wt%, preferably 0.5-5wt% based on the total amounts of the cosmetic and the amount of the mono N-long-chain acyl basic amino acid salt blended is 0.1-5wt%, preferably 0.2-2wt% based on the total amounts of the cosmetic. The composition is blended with an emulsifying agent, humectant, perfume, etc. besides the active ingredients, and used in the form of hair rinse, cream, etc. |
