NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [Rf is 4-20C perfluoroalkyl; X is -CH2CH(A)- or -CkH2k- (k is an integer 1-4), etc.; A is methyl or ethyl; R<3> is H or lower alkyl; R<1> is an n-valent organic group (n is an integer 3-10); R<2> is 1-5C alkyl; m is an integer and n>=m>=1)]. USE:A water and oil repellent and an antitack agent, e.g. a mold rleasing agent, in molding and processing, having improved water and oil repellency, and useful as a film-forming material on the surfaces of various solid materials. PROCESS:One mole polyisocyanate compound of formula II is reacted with m mol alcohol containing fluorine of the formula RfXOH to give a compound of formula III. 1mol resultant compound of formula III is then reacted with (n-m) mol lower alcohol of the formula R<2>OH to afford the aimed compound of formula I . |
