PURPOSE:To grade up a cushion body by a method wherein a frame having a spring is set in a core to effect an integral foam molding so that a disengagement or slippage of the frame is prevented. CONSTITUTION:A frame 28 having a plurality of springs at its rear surface is provided in a core 12 within a cavity of bottom force 11, and a molding liquid is poured through top force 13. According to the above method, while keeping the inside of the frame 28 in a hollow state, the rear part of the frame 28, the outer surface of the side part of the hook-shape and a springs 27 are integrally foam-molded. Thus, a vehicle cushion body having a good adhesive property between the foamed body and the frame is obtained in a simple process and without causing scratching or notching on a bag shaped foamed body 29. |
