PURPOSE:To obtain an amorphous magnetic substance with less iron loss in a short time by a method wherein, when the amorphous magnetic substance is fabricated by fixing the lamination of amorphous magnetic materials with resin, photo-setting resin is used as such resin. CONSTITUTION:Photosetting resin is applied on a lamination of amorphous magnetic materials. Thereafter, photo rays radiate to harden the photo-setting resin, so that the lamination is fixed and an amorphous magnetic substance is obtained. The photo-setting resin requires just irradiation of the photo rays and no heating for its hardening. Further, the photo-setting resin produces less heat during hardening and it is hardened at about room temperature. Thus, heat energy is little applied to the lamination and this will not increase iron loss due to heat energy during fixing. |
