<p>PURPOSE:To recover boron components efficiently by a method wherein the temperature of a waste gas with high temperatures is lowered by atomizing a water medium, fluorine components are removed by adding a calcareous, pulverulent body, and a corpuscular water medium is worked to the waste gas. CONSTITUTION:A waste gas generated is introduced into a cooling chamber 3, its temperature is lowered by atomizing a water medium separated from a nozzle 4, and a calcareous, pulverulent body is charged 6 in a duct 5. The waste gas is sent into filtration chambers 10, 10' from gas send-in ports 9, 9', and the pulverulent body is accumulated and separated on the surfaces of filter bags 11, 11' and extracted through silos 13, 13'. Meanwhile, the waste gas separated (a primary treated waste gas) is cooled and agitated because the water medium is atomized from a nozzle 20 in a duct 17, and boron components in the waste gas are deposited, separated and collected 21, and forwarded to the nozzle 4 by means of a pump 23. The waste gas, whose fluorine and boron components are recovered, is exhausted from an exhaust port 18.</p> |
