发明名称 CHAMFERING METHOD OF CORNER PART OF GROOVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to machine works simultaneously, by a method wherein the upper and lower parts of a plurality of the works having a groove part are held by an upper and lower plates, a grinding belt whose back side is provided with a back up plate is put in groove parts and corner parts are ground by laying down the work. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of a plurality of board materials 9 wherein a rectangular groove 10 is formed is put in a groove 14 of an upper plate 15, the lower part of the same is put in a groove 16 of a lower plate 17, a grinding belt 13 to which abrasive grains are made to adhere is pierced horizontally through the groove 10 of the board material 9 and a back up plate 18 having a given thickness is pierced through the groove along the backside of the belt 13 further by keeping enough room vertically. When the driving belt 13 is run and driven under this state and the upper plate 15 is moved in the reverse direction, a chamfering side corner part 11 of the groove 10 is pressed against the surface of the grinding belt 13 and chamfering of each of the board materials is performed stably by constant pressing force through pushing up action by the back up plate 18 along with pressing action. The flapping phenomenon of the grinding belt is controlled and life of the belt can be lengthened.
