PURPOSE:To prevent a valve from its action of rapid closing, by providing a damping mechanism by which acceleration in the direction of valve closing is greatly damped as compared with the acceleration in the direction of valve opening. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of fluid is increased to a level above a preset pressure, a valve rod 14 is lifted upward. Here only a very little amount of decrease of acceleration is caused in a conical member 106. Next, when the pressure of the fluid is decreased to a level below the preset pressure, the valve rod 14 is depressed downward. Here the conical member 106 mounted on the valve rod 14 generates large resistance force by means of working oil 105. Accordingly, acceleration acting in the direction of valve closing is largely damped, and the valve rod 14 is gently moved downward. |
