PURPOSE:To require no blower and in addition reduce the diameter of the concrete foundation by fitting multiple blades to the lower portion of a flywheel so as to form a fan together with a guide plate 26 fitted to the foundation. CONSTITUTION:Multiple blades 25 are fitted to the lower portion of a flywheel 13 so as to form a fan together with a guide plate 26. Accordingly, when the flywheel 13 is rotated, the wind is fed from the lower portion to upper portion of the flywheel, thus cooling the outer periphery of the flywheel. That is, the flywheel itself serves as a fan as a result of its rotation, and the wind flows along the outer periphery of the flywheel from the lower portion to upper portion of the flywheel, thus cooling the flywheel itself. Thereby, a separate blower for cooling the flywheel is not required. |
