PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a device and simplify the structure by arranging a thrust bearing below a protruded body provided at the lower end outer periphery of a flywheel. CONSTITUTION:An annular protruded body 9b having functions similar to those of a conventional runner 4 is provided at the lower end outer periphery of a flywheel 9 and a thrust bearing is arranged. According to this constitution, the shaft length can be shortened, the size can be reduced, and the bearing construction can be simplified. |
