PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of a data to be transmitted, and to improve a display speed and reliability, by transmitting only a variable part data of a picture to a computer connected to a CRT, when transmitting a CRT picture data. CONSTITUTION:A computer 12 displays a fixing part data of a picture stored in advance in a storage part 15, on a CRT display device 13. Subsequently, a request is executed through a transmission line 16 to a computer 11 having a variable part of a picture, and a variable data is transmitted to the computer 12 through the transmission line 16 from the computer 11. Finally the variable data is also displayed on the CRT display device 13. In this way, only the variable part data is transmitted, therefore, the transmitting data quantity can be minimized, and the transfer failure data quantity is reduced.
