PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of fuel occasioned by a drain valve remaining opened, by stopping the supply of fuel to a vaporizer when the drain valve for draining tar in the vaporizer is opened. CONSTITUTION:The body 2 of the vaporizer 1 of an LPG engine is partitioned by a partition wall 3 into a primary chamber 4 having an LPG inlet 6 and a secondary chamber 5 having an LPG outlet 7. A drain piping 25, in which an electromagnetic on-off valve 26 and a manually-operated drain valve 27 are located, is connected to the secondary chamber 5, the electromagnetic on-off valve 26 being held in a closed condition when an ignition switch 34 is brought to an ON-state. Meanwhile, an electromagnetic on-off valve 16, positioned in an inlet side passage 14 interconnecting an LPG tank 15 and the LPG inlet 6, is maintained in a closed condition with a first switch 35 closed and a second switch 37 opened by a sensor 28 when the drain valve 27 is fully or partially opened, and simultaneously, a pilot lamp 36 comes on. |
