PURPOSE:To generate an electric power source reference signal of a short period without being limited by a processing time of a processor, by deriving a fundamental parameter based on an operating condition, and generating a function for sending out the electric power source reference signal from this parameter. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 7 receives an operating condition set by a setting device 3, through an input/output device 4, calculates a function of an electric power source reference signal from this operating condition, derives a linearly approximate fundamental parameter, for instance, an inclination of a segment and a time internal, and outputs this fundamental parameter to a function generating device 8 by a timing signal from the outside. The function generating device 8 executes addition or subtraction by time which follows an output period of a reference signal from the inclination of the segment and the time interval which are provided from the processor 7, derives the electric power source reference signal, and outputs it to the outside electric power source device. The function generating device shown in the figure is effective when it is used for an electric power source for a synchrotron, etc. |
