PURPOSE:To prevent a respiratory phenomenon, by determining the timing of a receiving signal for the quantity of sucked air depending on the magnitude of the pulsation of the signal to shorten the interval of injection for the period of deceleration when the pulsation is large. CONSTITUTION:A controller, which calculates and regulates the time of injection through a fuel injection valve on the basis of values detected by an air flow sensor, a rotation sensor, etc., receives a sucked air flow rate signal and calculates the flow rate qi on the basis of a crank angle interruption signal in steps 200-202. In a step 204, the controller calculates the fuel injection time t1 from the product of the flow rate qi and the difference between the present angle of a crank and the preceding angle thereof. In a step 206, the controller acts to start the fuel injection. In a step 208, the controller judges whether the present interrupted angle of the crank is 30 deg., 45 deg. or 60 deg.. If the present interrupted angle of the crank is none of those values, the controller determines a crank angle receiving mode from the change DELTAq in the flow rate in a step 210. |
