PURPOSE:To prevent squealing of a brake by providing a disc rotor with a system capable of attenuating and absorbing horizontal and vertical vibrations. CONSTITUTION:An inner shim 9a disposed between a rear metal 10a of an inner pad 10 and a piston 6 includes a cylindrical portion and a flange portion, wherein two steel plates 91, 91' are disposed as the outermost rigid layer on the inner and outer surfaces, and a rubber layer 92 is interposed as a vibration absorbing layer therebetween. The steel plates 91, 91' comprise parallel steel plates 91a, 91' a parallel to a disc rotor 17 and vertical steel plates 91b, 91'b vertical to the disc rotor 17. The rubber layer 92 comprises a parallel rubber layer 92a and a vertical rubber layer 92. The inner and outer steel plates 91, 91' and the rubber layer are continuously united in a body. |
