Heat energy recuperator for diesel engine - combustion pressure transmitted to hydraulic fluid via piston and uses heat extracting fluid circuit

The heat recycling circuit for a diesel engine is used to warm air which is compressed in a compressor used in the cycle. Combustion air is heated to approx. 700 deg. C., and fed to the cylinder, after which diesel oil is injected for combustion. The pre-determined quantity of air ensures that the cylinder is working according to the expansion principle. Control of the piston stroke is automatic and depends on the pressure in the hydraulic system. Waste heat enables the compressor to compress air to a higher pressure whilst the pressure of incoming air in the cylinder is sufficient to achieve the required pressure for combustion of diesel oil.
